Terms & Conditions
- Gift Cards once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- The Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- If a purchase exceeds the User’s Gift Card value, the remaining amount must be paid by the User.
- Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards cannot be refunded if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- In the event that a purchase made with a Gift Card is returned, the amount will be refunded to the original Gift Card .
- In the event that the value of the products, bought with the Gift Cards, are exchanged for a lesser value, the User of the Gift Card will not be paid in cash for the difference amount. If the value of the products, bought with the Gift Cards, are exchanged for a higher value than the Gift Voucher redemption amount, the User shall pay the difference amount.
- A maximum of 5 Gift Cards can be used in a single purchase.
- RRL reserves the right to withdraw, change/modify these Gift Cards Terms from time to time in its sole discretion and without prior notice to the User. It is the User’s responsibility in such cases, to review the Terms of these Gift Cards, from time to time.
- These Gift Cards are considered as ‘closed system pre-paid payment instruments’ in terms of the Policy Guidelines on Issuance and Operation of Pre-Paid Payment Instruments in India issued by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”). These do not require approval or authorisation by the RBI.
- RRL does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In case of breach of the Terms of these Gift Cards, the User agrees to compensate RRL for all claims against us.
- These Gift Cards and its Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai in case of any disputes.
